摘　　要：目的分析和研究心力衰竭患者短期预后应用BNP指导急性失代偿性心力衰竭治疗的效果。方法我们选取2012年6月至2013年4月急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者84例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者治疗过程中进行BNP监测,并根据BNP监测结果给予用药指导,将两组患者治疗1个月后的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后BNP检测值低于对照组P<0.05。观察组患者治疗后左室射血分数检测值高于对照组P<0.05;两组患者治疗后左心室舒张末内径检测值无明显差异P>0.05。结论将血浆BNP监测应用于急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者治疗中,临床医师根据患者BNP水平值及时调整治疗方案,有效地延缓了病情进展,对改善患者预后及提高患者生活质量均有重要作用。Objective To analyze and study the short-term prognosis of patients with heart failure applying the BNP guide acute decompensated heart failure treatment effect. Methods We selected in June 2012 to April 2013, 84 cases of patients with acute decompensated heart failure, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 42 patients with all have. Control group given routine therapy, patients with BNP monitoring in the process of the observation group of patients, and to give guidelines, according to the results of the BNP monitoring will be 1 month after treatment in both groups of treatment effect comparison. Results The observation group of patients after treatment the BNP values less than the control group（P 0.05）. Observation group after treatment in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction values higher than the control group（P 0.05）; at the end of the two groups after treatment in patients with left ventricular diastolic diameter values have no obvious difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The plasma BNP level was applied to patients with acute decompensated heart failure treatment, clinical doctors adjusted in time according to the value of BNP levels in patients with treatment, effectively delay the progression, for improving the prognosis of patients and improve the life quality of patients play an important role.
