中药离子导入结合小针刀治疗颈型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药离子导入结合小针刀治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 36例颈型颈椎病采用中药离子导入结合小针刀治疗,通过观察颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和颈部疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果治疗前治疗颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI):21.17±0.88,治疗后1周:8.10±0.42,治疗后3个月:7.86±0.38,6个月:7.76±039,治疗后较治疗前均有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗后末次VSA评分治愈15例,显效16例,有效4例,总有效率97.22%。结论中药离子导入结合小针刀治疗颈型颈椎病治疗简单,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of iontophoresis combined with a small knife treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis. Methods 36 cases of cervical syndrome were treated herbal by iontophoresist combined with a small knife, by observing the Neck Disability Index（NDI） and Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）. Results Before treatment, NDI： 21.17±0.88, after one week of treatment： 8.10±0.42, after 3 months of treatment： 7.86±0.38,6 months： 7.76±039, compared with before treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.01） after treatment, after the final score VSA cured 15 cases, 16 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, the total efficiency of 97.22. Conclusion Chinese iontophoresis combined with a small knife treatment of cervical syndrome treatment is simple and effective.
