摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育关系到研究生的成长成才,对于研究生教育有着重要意义,本文对研究生思想政治教育创新的必要性和可行性进行了研究,在此基础上对研究生思想政治教育创新的具体方案进行了探索。Postgraduate ideological and political education concerns postgraduates＇ growth and success, so it is of great significance to postgraduate education. This paper researches the necessity and feasibility of postgraduate ideological and political education, and then explores the specific scheme for postgraduate ideological and political education innovation.
