摘　　要：中国高等教育改革日趋深入,大学生就业竞争愈发激烈,对大学生职业指导的要求日趋强烈。本文在对目前高校职业指导的现状分析的基础上,探索更高质量的职业指导对策和方法。With the increasingly deepening of higher education reform in China, university students＇ employment competitiveness has become increasingly fierce, so the demand for their career guidance has become increasingly urgent. Based on analyzing the current situation of university career guidance, this paper explores countermeasures and methods for higher-quality career guidance.
