摘　　要：新闻传播类专业硕士培养的特点——应用性是专业硕士的突出特点,为此,要增加实践型导师授课,强化"案例教学"、"项目教学",强化实验室建设,加强实习基地建设,严把毕业论文关等。要强化职业素养与职业道德教育,细化职业道德规范,有些上升为纪律,使道德制度化。要基础理论与人文素养并重,培养复合型的人才。Applicability is a prominent characteristic of professional masterof journalism and communication, therefore,the universities shouldincrease practice tutors,strengthen“case teaching”and“project teaching”as well as the construction of laboratory and practice bases,check ongraduation thesis strictly,etc.. Meanwhile,the universities shouldstrengthen education of the professional quality and professional ethics,refine specification of professional ethics,make somespecification rise to discipline,and try to systematize the moral. At the same time,we also should lay equal stress on basic theory and the humanities to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.
