摘  要:目的提高退烧颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中黄芩苷成分进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量。选用Zorbax SB C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(52∶48∶0.2)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长280 nm。结果 TLC图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在2.24~31.36μg·ml^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.19%,RSD为0.23%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简单、灵敏准确、重复性好,可用于退烧颗粒中黄芩苷的质量控制。Objective To improve the specifications for quality control of Tuishao granules. Methods TLC method was used to identify baicalin. The HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of baicalin. Zorbax SB C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid( 52∶ 48∶ 0. 2) at a flow rate 1. 0 ml·min- 1and a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results TLC spots were clear,and negative control was free of interference. A good linear relationship was shown within the range of 2. 24-31. 36 μg·ml^-1for baicalin( r = 0. 9996). The average recovery was 98. 19%,RSD % = 0. 23%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Tuishao granules.
