摘 要:目的观察高原康胶囊在模拟高原低氧环境下对大鼠尿量的影响,并探讨其对肾素-血管紧张素(Ang)-醛固酮(ALD)系统的作用。方法采用模拟海拔5000 m的高原低氧环境制备大鼠急性缺氧模型。实验分6组:平原组、高原组、螺内酯组、高原康高、中、低(80、40、20 mg·kg^(-1))3个剂量组,用代谢笼法测各组大鼠24 h内的总尿量,取血测定血浆中AngⅡ和ALD含量。结果高原康胶囊组大鼠尿量均明显增多,血浆中AngⅡ和ALD的含量明显降低,与高原组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高原康胶囊有明显的利尿作用,其机制可能与其作用于肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统有关。Objective To observe the effect of Gaoyuankang capsules on rats' urine volume in a simulated high-altitude hypoxic environment, and to explore the role in the rennin-angiotensin (Ang)-aldosterone (ALD) system (RAAS). Methods A acute hypoxic model was prepared for rats using a simulated high-altitude hypoxic environment of 5000 meters. Rats were divided into 6 groups : the plain group, simulated high-altitude group, spironolactone group, and Gaoyuankang capsules groups ( 80,40,20 mg · kg^-1 ). The total 24 h urine volume of rats was measured in a metabolic cage, and the levels of Ang Ⅱ and ALD in plasma were determined. Results Compared with the high-altitude group, the urine volume of rats in Gaoyuankang groups was significantly increased, while the levels of Ang Ⅱ and ALD in plasma were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Gaoyuankang capsules have significant diuretic effect, and the mechanism may be related to RAAS
