GC-MS分析经前舒颗粒中挥发油的化学成分

摘　　要：目的分析水蒸气蒸馏法提取的经前舒颗粒中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版(一部)附录XD挥发油测定法,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取经前舒颗粒中的挥发油,应用GC-MS分析鉴定经前舒颗粒挥发油的化学成分,采用面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果从经前舒颗粒的挥发油中共分离出99个化学成分,鉴定出其中的77个组分,占挥发油总量的94.11%。其中相对含量超过5%的有:右旋萜二烯(17.26%)、丹皮酚(9.07%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(8.52%)、α-柏木烯(6.95%)、罗汉柏烯(6.79%)、棕榈酸(5.95%)。结论经前舒颗粒的挥发性成分主要为萜类、烯烃、醇、酮、有机酸等化合物。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Jingqianshu granules extracted by steam distillation. Methods The volatile oil of Jingqianshu granules was extracted by steam distillation according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （ChP, 2010）. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of the chemical constituents was calculated by area normalization method. Results 99 compounds were detected from volatile oil of Jingqianshu granules and 77 of them were identified, which accounted for 94.11% of total flow area. The constituents with a relative content over 5% were D-Limonene （ 17.26% ）, Paeonol （9.07%）, Diisobutyl phthalate （8.52%）, α -Cedrene （6.95%）, （-）-Thujopsene （6.79%） and Palmitic acid （5.95%）respectively. Conclusion The main constituents of volatile oil from Jingqianshu granules are terpenoids, alkenes, alcohols, ketones and organic acids.
