选奇滴丸抗缺氧及抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究选奇滴丸的抗缺氧、抗炎作用。方法采用常压耐缺氧实验,观察小鼠给予选奇滴丸灌服1周后对不同温度下缺氧的耐受能力;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、鸡蛋清致大鼠足肿胀法以及硝酸甘油致实验性偏头痛动物模型,观察选奇滴丸的抗炎作用。结果在抗缺氧实验中,选奇滴丸组小鼠在常温、高温、低温缺氧条件下存活时间均较正常对照组延长(P<0.05;P<0.01);在抗炎实验中,与模型对照组比较,选奇滴丸能够显著降低小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05;P<0.01);减小大鼠足趾容积(P<0.05;P<0.01);减轻脑组织水肿。结论选奇滴丸具有较好的抗缺氧及抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti-hypoxic and anti-inflammatory effect of Xuanqi drop pills. Methoods Using experimental bearing hypoxia at normal pressure, the hypoxic tolerance of mice after one week of dropping irrigation under different temperatures was observed. The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by means of xylene induced mouse ear swelling, egg white induced swelling of rat feet and a nitroglycerin induced migraine animal model. Results In the anti-anoxic experiment,the survival time of Xuanqi drop pills group was prolonged, compared with normal control group,at high,low and room temperature under anoxic conditions（ P 〈 0.05; P 〈 0. 01 ）. In the anti-inflammatory experiment, compared with model control group, Xuanqi drop pills significantly reduced the mouse ear swelling degree（ P 〈0.05 ; P 〈0.01 ） ,the volume of rats＇ toes（ P 〈0.05 ; P 〈0.01 ） ,and brain edema. Conclusion Xuanqi drop pills have good anti-hypoxic and anti-inflammatory effects.
