摘　　要：目的建立测定茯芪颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法用HPLC法定量分析处方中的黄芪甲苷。色谱柱:VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(40:60);蒸发光散射检测器;流速:0.5ml·min^(-1)。结果黄芪甲苷在0.37~2.45μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Y=1.6340 X+3.3251,r=0.9996(n=5)。平均回收率为100.14%,RSD为1.37%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,重复性好。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Astragaloside A in Fuqi granules. Methods VP-ODS（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water（40： 60） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 ml ·min^- 1. Results The calibration curve of Astragaloside A hydrochloride was linear over the range of 0.37 - 2.45 μg ,and the equation of linear regression was Y =1.6340X ＋3. 3251, r =0. 9996（ n =5）. The average recovery was 100.14% （RSD = 1.37%, n =6）. Conclusion The results show that this method is reliable and accurate.
