摘 要:目的探讨品质管理圈(品管圈)在提升医院制剂部门管理水平,提高医院制剂成品率的应用效果。方法按戴明循环十大步骤,通过收集2012年全年236批次制剂成品率数据,分析造成制剂成品率低的主要原因,制定相应对策加以实施,并评价对策的有效性。结果医院制剂成品率由开展品管圈活动前的93.76%上升至活动后的96.54%,获得良好的经济效益。结论在医院制剂部门开展品管圈活动是可行的。医院制剂部门通过品管圈活动的形式可有效提高医院制剂成品率,提升管理水平。Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) in enhancement of the management level & finished product rate in preparations departments. Methods The major causes of the low rate of finished products were analyzed by collecting 236 batches of finished products in 2012. Corresponding countermeasures were formulated and evaluated. Results The rate of finished products of preparations rose from 93.76% to 96.54% after this QCC activity and favorable economic benefit was obtained. Conclusion Via QCC activity, departments of preparations in a hospital can effectively improve the rate of finished products and management level.
