摘　　要：目的分析解放军307医院镇痛药物的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计该院2013年11月—2014年11月门诊及住院患者镇痛药物应用信息,包括药品名称、规格、消耗量、用药金额等,采用限定日剂量,用药频度分析用药情况。结果用药金额排名前3位的分别是地佐辛注射液、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)、注射用帕瑞昔布钠;用药频度排名前3位的分别是洛芬待因缓释片、洛索洛芬钠片、氨酚羟考酮片。结论该年度该院镇痛药的临床应用基本合理。建议临床医师能充分理解并执行癌痛三阶梯治疗原则,更谨慎的选择和合理应用镇痛药,从而使患者得到更加安全、有效的治疗。Objective To investigate the use of analgesic drugs in Hospital 307. Methods The Use of analgesic drugs ,involving species, specifications, consumption and amount was investigated from outpatient and inpatient prescriptions between 2013 and 2014, using defined daily dose （DDD） and DDDs. Results Drugs that ranked the top three in terms of usage were dezocine injection, oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets （40 mg） and parecoxib sodium for injection. DDDs of the top three were compound codeine phosphate and ibuprofen sustained release tablet, loxoprofen sodium and oxycodone and acetaminophen. Conclusion The use of analgesic drugs is basically rational. However, for the purpose of providing cancer pain treatment that is safe and effective, clinicians should use analgesic drugs in line with the three-step analgesic ladder guidelines.
