感冒热毒清合剂解热作用的考察

摘　　要：目的研究感冒热毒清合剂解热作用。方法以耳静脉注射细菌内毒素引起家兔体温升高为指标,考察感冒热毒清对细菌内毒素引起家兔体温升高的影响;按照中药新药治疗感冒的临床研究指导原则进行临床病例观察及疗效判定。结果灌胃感冒热毒清10、5 g生药·kg^(-1)。,在给药后2.5~4.5 h,均能明显抑制细菌内毒素致家兔体温升高,与模型对照组比较,差异有显著性意义;经临床病例观察,退热作用明显,感冒症状消失快。结论感冒热毒清能抑制细菌内毒素引起的家兔体温升高,具有良好的解热作用。Objective To study the antipyretic effect of Ganmaoreduqing mistura. Methods Elevated body temperature caused by ear intravenous injection of bacterial endotoxin in rabbits was used as an index to study the effect of Ganmaoreduqing elevated body temperature. Clinical cases were observed and the effect of treatment was evaluated in line with the guidelines for clinical research on new TCM drugs. Results 2.5 -4.5 hours after administration;bacterial endotoxin-induced hyperthermia was inhibited in rabbits. Compared with the model control group, the difference was significant. The symptoms quickly disappeared. Conclusion Ganmaoreduqing can inhibit bacterial endotoxin-induced hyperthermia in rabbits, with a good antipyretic effect.
