血必净联合血液净化对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究血必净联合血液净化对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法从2011年2月至2014年2月,在我院治疗的共有30例急性重症胰腺炎患者。以数字法随机分为观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。观察组采取血必净联合血液净化治疗。对照组则采用血液净化治疗。统计对比两组患者治疗后并发症发生率、转手术率和病死率。观察对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状、肌酐、血尿素氮、淀粉酶、转氨酶、C反应蛋白等水平以及APACHEⅡ评分情况。结果观察组治疗后并发症发生率、转手术率和病死率均显著低于对照组。治疗后观察组肌酐、血尿素氮、淀粉酶、转氨酶和C反应蛋白等水平均显著低于对照组。所有患者治疗后APACHEⅡ评分显著低于治疗前。治疗后观察组APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血必净联合血液净化对急性重症胰腺炎治疗的疗效显著,可较好的保护患者身体内重要脏器功能。值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xuebijing combined with blood purification on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods From February 2011 to February 2014,in the hospital treatment of a total of30 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. In digital method were randomly divided into observation group（ 15cases） and control group（ 15 cases）. Conventional treatment on two groups of patients. Observation group to take blood will net with blood purification therapy. Control group were treated by blood purification. Statistics compared two groups after treatment in patients with complications,operation rate and case fatality rate. Observed compared two groups of patients before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,amylase,transaminase and c-reactive protein levels and APACHE Ⅱ grading. Results The observation group＇s complications after treatment 2,operation rate and mortality were significantly lower than the control group.Observation group after treatment of creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,amylase,transaminase and c-reactive protein levels were significantly lower than the control group. All of the patients after treatment with APACHE Ⅱ score were significantly lower than before treatment. Observation group after treatment APACHE Ⅱ score was significantly lower than the control group,which were statistically significant differences（ all P 0. 05）.Conclusions Xuebijing combined with blood purification on severe acute pancreatitis can better protect the patient＇s important viscera function in the body. It is worth further promotion and application in the clinical practice.
