生理盐水用于儿科静脉留置针封管液的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析生理盐水用于儿科静脉留置针封管液的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年8月至2014年8月收治的静脉留置针输液患儿94例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各47例,其中观察组采用生理盐水作为留置针封管液,对照组采用肝素钠溶液作为留置针封管液,比较两组堵管、静脉压发生率和静脉留置针留置时间。结果观察组的静脉留置针保留时间为(64.35±9.52)h,短于对照组(95.45±13.56)h;观察组封管时间为(6.03±2.56)h,短于对照组(17.23±7.42)h;观察组堵管率为6.38%,低于对照组23.40%;静脉炎发生率为8.51%,低于对照组27.66%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生理盐水作为儿科静脉留置针封管液临床效果良好,值得推广使用。Objective This was to observe and analyze the clinical effect of physiological saline as needle sealing liquid for pediatric venous indwelling tube. Methods During August2013 and August2014,94 cases of children who received intravenous infusion with venous indwelling needlein our hospital were enrolled in this study. Theywere randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group using normal saline as the indwelling needle tube sealing solution,patients in control group were treated with heparin sodium solution as the indwelling needle tube sealing solution. We compared the occurrence of pipe blockageand the incidence of venous pressure and time of the two groups.Results Retention time of intravenous indwelling needle in the observation group was（ 64. 35 ± 9. 52 h） shorter than the control group（ 95. 45 ± 13. 56 h）. Tube sealing time of observation group（ 6. 03 ± 2. 56 h） was shorter than the control group（ 17. 23 ± 7. 42 h）. Plugging rate of observation group（ 6. 38%） waslower than that of control group（ 23. 40%）; Incidence rate ofphlebitis of observation group（ 8. 51%） was lower than that of the control group（ 27. 66%）. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Physiological saline as pediatric intravenous indwelling needle tube sealing solutioncan reach good clinical effect. It is worthy to be popularized.
