综合护理对下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓形成的干预分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨折术后并发深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理有效策略。方法对骨伤科50例下肢手术后患者进行一系列的预防和护理措施来预防深静脉血栓的形成。结果 50例下肢骨折术后的患者进行预防和护理后,一位发生了DVT,发生率仅为2%。结论对下肢骨折术后患者采取综合护理措施对有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成有良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the complicated deep venous thrombosis after fracture surgery effective prevention and nursing strategy. Methods The formation of prevention and nursing measures of patients with a series of 50 patients with lower extremity after orthopedic operation to prevent deep venous thrombosis.Results 50 cases of prevention and nursing of postoperative lower extremity fracture patients,a developed DVT.The incidence rate was 2%. Conclusions The postoperative lower extremity fracture patients to take comprehensive nursing measures has a good clinical effect on the formation of effective prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
