如意金黄双散糊剂外敷在治疗碘造影剂外渗中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨如意金黄散糊剂外敷治疗碘造影剂外渗的疗效。方法选择40例碘造影剂外渗患者,随机分为常规组和观察组,各20例。常规组患者于外渗后用50%硫酸镁冷敷24 h,24 h后热敷；观察组患者用如意金黄双散9 g＋米醋10 ml＋蜂蜜2 ml调成糊状湿敷；比较两组患者患肢消肿情况。结果观察组72 h总有效率为95%,常规组72 h总有效率为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=7．025,P〈0.05）。结论如意金黄散糊剂外敷治疗碘造影剂外渗效果优于50%硫酸镁外敷。Objective To investigate Ruyi golden yellow double powder for external application of diodone exosmosis. Methods A total of 40 cases of diodone exosmosis patients were randomized to experimental group and control group, each group of 20 cases. The patients in the control group were coped with 50%magnesium sulfate for 24 hours, then hot compress after 24 hours. The patients in the experimental group underwent hydropathic compress with cataplasm made of Ruyi golden yellow powder 9 g, vinegar 10 ml and honey 2 ml. We compared the limb swelling cases at different periods. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95% in 72 hours, and that of the control group was 60% （χ2 =7. 025,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of Ruyi golden yellow powder is better than 50% magnesium sulfate for patients with diodone exosmosis.
