摘 要:以SP^3杂化碳原子构成的盯键高聚物,一般为绝缘体,导电率约为10-14-10—22/Q·cm;当有SP^2杂化碳原子时,因其剩余的π电子为非定域电子,故可为电的导体,而用高分子原材料制得的碳团簇材料属于一种有机多核芳烃晶体。具有许多独特性质,其导电率随热处理温度的不同可在绝缘体和半导体之间广泛变化,因此可能满足为获得最佳吸波性能所需的特定电导的要求;同时,碳团簇材料比表面积大,有利于电磁波的散射与吸收。文中介绍了碳团簇材料的影响因素及特性,并对碳团簇结构随制备温度变化作了分析。Abstract:The sigma bond polymer with sp3 hybrid carbon atom is generally insulator, and its conductivity is 10-14-10- 22/Q·cm or so. It can be used as a conductor of electricity when there is sp^2 hybrid carbon atom, because of the Pi electron is delocalized electrons remaining. Carbon-containing clusters materials belong to a kind of poly-nuclear aromatic hydrocarbons made by polymer materials. Its conductivity with different heat treatment temperatures can be extensively changed between the insulators and semiconductors, thus may satisfy absorbing performance which is required for optimal specific conductance of requirements. Meanwhile, the large surface area of carbon-containing clusters material is advantageous to the electromagnetic wave scattering and absorption. The effect factors and characters of carbon-containing clusters materials are introduced. The preparation and structure of carbon clusters with temperature variation are analyzed in this paper.
