摘　　要：目的将妊娠期高血压疾病(HDPs)孕妇孕中期母体体成分以及妊娠结局与正常孕妇比较,分析之间的异同。方法选择在我院建卡并在我院分娩的妊娠期高血压疾病的单胎孕妇74例,其中妊娠高血压25例,轻度子痫前期37例,重度子痫12例,选取同时期在我院建卡、足月分娩的单胎健康孕妇148例,回顾性分析这些孕妇在孕中期20-28周人体成分的异同。结果 HDPs组孕妇孕前体重、BMI均高于正常组;孕中期母体成分方面,细胞内外液、水分含量、蛋白质、矿物质、骨骼肌肉量、去脂体重、脂肪、内脏脂肪HDPs组均高于正常组(P<0.05),HDPs组内各亚组间体成分无明显差异(P≥0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇孕中期体成分,尤其是水分和脂肪显现出与正常孕妇明显的差异,与HDPs疾病的特点及病理生理机制相符。Objective：To determine what maternal body composition differs in the second trimester between normal women and those with hypertensive disorders. Method：A cross-sectional longitudinal study in a university teaching hospital,including four groups of patients in the second trimester. Study group（n=74）enrolled 25 women gestational hypertension,37 women with mild preeclampsia and 12 women with severe preeclampsia. On the other hand,there were 148 healthy women without any complication in control group. Between 20 and 28 weeks maternal pregravid weight was recorded and maternal height was measured digitally. At 20~28 weeks maternal body composition was assessed using segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis. At delivery the clinical details were recorded. Results：Indexes of pregravid body weight and BMI were higher in women with hypertensive disorders. All body compositions including TBW,ECW,ICW,protein,minerals,skeletal muscles,FFM,FM and visceral fat were more in study group than those in control group（P〈0.05）. But there was no difference between subgroups in study group. Conclusions：The body composition of women with hypertensive disorders,especially TBW and FM,shows significant differences from those with a normal course of pregnancy in the second trimester. This result,which may be related to pathophysiology of this kind of diseases,is consistent with its characteristic.
