刘文峰教授运用中药治疗耳鸣

摘　　要：刘教授认为,耳鸣的发生主要与肝肾关系密切。肝气郁滞,郁而化火,上扰耳窍,导致耳鸣;肾精亏虚或精血不足,髓海空虚,清窍失养,耳窍失聪。而大多数老年耳鸣患者多由肾精亏损而致,治疗上以补肾益精、开窍利耳、活血化瘀为主,刘教授自拟中药方剂(百合、连翘、葛根、骨碎补、仙灵脾等药)治疗。Professor LIU considers that the occurrence of tinnitus is closely related to liver and kidney. Qi of liver stagnation into the fire and the disturbance ear orifices are causing tinnitus; Kidney essence deficiency or blood deficiency cause insufficient blood marrow empty,and the orifices dystrophy dues to tinnitus. The majority of elderly patients tinnitus caused by loss of kidney essence,the treatment is mainly invigorating the essence,beginning to open the ear,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. He producing his own prescription medicine（ Lily,Weeping Forsythia,Gegen,Davallia,Xianlingpi etc.） in the treatment of this disease has achieved a better clinical effect.
