摘　　要：目的观察加味没竭片治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分成2组,治疗组60例服用加味没竭片,对照组60例服用血府逐瘀胶囊,2组均治疗3个月为1个疗程。结果治疗组痛经情况评分总有效率90%,治疗后患者痛经程度较治疗前降低(P<0.05);中医证候评分总有效率90%。对照组痛经情况评分总有效率86.67%,治疗后患者痛经程度较治疗前降低(P<0.05);中医证候评分总有效率93.33%。治疗组与对照组对痛经程度的总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组中医证候疗效无差别(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后CA125变化均有统计学意义。结论加味没竭片能改善子宫内膜异位症患者的痛经程度,与血府逐瘀胶囊对子宫内膜异位症患者痛经程度、中医证候疗效的总有效率均无统计学意义。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Mojie tablet in treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis. Methods The 120 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 60 in the treatment group take Jiawei Mojie tablet while the other 60 in the control group take Xuefuzhuyu capsule. Both groups have been treated for three months. Results The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea scale score of treatment group is 90%. The dysmenorrhea scale after treatment is lower than before in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score of treatment group is 90%. The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea scale score of control group is 86. 67%. The dysmenorrhea scale after treatment is lower than before in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score of control group is 93. 33%. There is no statistic difference between the treatment group and the control group in dysmenorrhea scale（ P〈0. 05）. There is no statistic difference between the treatment group and the control group in TCM syndrome score（ P〈0. 05）. The variation of CA125 before and after treatment has statistic difference in both groups. Conclusion Jiawei Mojie tablet can relieve the dysmenorrhea scale of patients with endometriosis. There is no statistic difference in the total effective rate of dysmenorrhea scale and TCM syndrome between Jiawei Mojie tablet and Xuefuzhuyu capsule.
