糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗进展

摘　　要：目的综述中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展。方法对相关文献整理。结果糖尿病肾病多由情志不调、饮食不节等病因引起而形成的本虚标实之证,通过辨证论治、专方治疗等进行相应的治疗,中医药治疗糖尿病肾病尤其是早期肾病及临床肾病疗效显著。结论中医药治疗既改善糖尿病肾病的临床症状,而且安全、有效。Objective Review the treatment research progress was observed in the medical treatment of diabetic nephropathy. In addition,its intension is to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease. Methods Summerice the relevient in terature. Results Diabetic nephropathy is caused by improper diet and emotional maladjustment and so on. It mostly belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. So,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and special prescriptions are related application for diabetic nephropathy. Chinese medicine treatment has an obvious curative effect on diabetic nephropathy,especially early kidney disease and clinical nephropathy. Conclusion The results of the study indicated TCM of diabetic nephropathy can＇t only improve the clinical manifestation,but also has a definitely curative effectiveness. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
