摘　　要：智慧港口公共信息平台标准化建设是一项基于提升数据交换和公共信息服务功能、扩大平台应用范围以及实现跨域联网需求的专业性、系统性、持续性、动态性的工作。在研究和制定平台标准的基础上,对平台进行标准化设计,并为平台建设提供统一规范,使公共平台能够融合相关物流信息系统及其他服务平台,确保各平台各系统之间实现高效、顺畅的数据交换,这将有助于消除信息孤岛现象以保障平台的建设。The construction of the standardized intelligent port public information platform is a professional, systematic, continuous and dynamic project, aiming to upgrade the function of data exchange and public information service, extend the application scope and realize the cross-domain network needs. Based on the research and dictation of platform standards, a standardized design is made for the platform, providing unified specifications, so that it can integrate relevant logistics information system and other service platform to ensure efficient and smooth data exchange among different platforms or systems. Thus it will be conducive to solve the isolated island phenomenon of information, and guarantee the platform construction.
