摘　　要："一带一路"战略规划通过交通和通信互联互通、贸易自由化、投资便利化、双边和多边建立自由贸易区,扩大经贸和人文沟通,来搭建跨地区的国际合作大平台,但机遇与挑战并存。目前战略实施的主要障碍在于:区域内的国家充满疑虑、大国暗中掣肘、内部关系有待理顺、基础设施的建设与维护成本不小,我国企业是否能够堪当开发重任有待观察。基于此,我国在推进"一带一路"规划时,应该以正确的义利观为指导,积极加强对外交流,优化战略布局,整合内部资源。“Silk-road Economic Belt”strategic project is intended to build free trade zones, expand trade and economic as well as cultural communication and put up a trans-regional platform for international cooperation but opportunity and challenge exist side by side.At present, the main barriers facing strategic implementation： countries full of worries,handicap installed in secrecy by big powers,internal relationship to be straitened out,heavy cost in infrastructure construction and its maintenance, whether our enterprises can undertake such a development to be waited and seen. Based on that, pressing ahead with “Silk- road Economic Belt”project, we should take a correct view of morality and profit as a guide, intensify international promotion, optimize strategic deployment and integrate internal resource.
