摘　　要：针对轮胎胶囊硫化各车间所用PLC生产厂家不同、通信协议具有排他性等问题,本设计采用先进的标准工业以太网对控制系统实现组网。本文主要介绍胶囊硫化机监控系统的硬件组成、上位机监控设计和基于串口服务器的组网方式。运行结果证明,该系统稳定性、可靠性高,易于操作,大大提高了轮胎胶囊硫化效率。Due to the differences of manufacturers whose PLC used in the tire capsule vulcanization workshops, and whose communication protocols has the uniqueness, this design uses the advanced standard industrial Ethernet to achieve network control system. This article mainly introduces the hardware of the capsule vulcanizing machine monitoring system and PC monitoring design and the network mode based on serial server.The results prove that the system is stable and reliable, easy to operate, greatly improving the efficiency of tire curing.
