摘  要:采用2G-200L型金相显微镜观察分析了4J43合金电渣锭表面质量及横、纵截面宏观结晶组织,分析对比了电渣重熔前后化学成分、气体含量和夹杂物分布的差异。结果表明,4J43合金经电渣重熔后,化学成分较均匀,气体含量下降且稳定,表面质量良好,宏观结晶组织致密、均匀,夹杂物去除明显,产品品质明显提升,满足典型4J43合金的性能要求。The 2G-200 L metallurgical microscope was employed to analyze 4J43 alloy ESRingot 's surface quality and macro crystal structure at both transverse and longitudinal sections,including comparative analysis of the difference of chemical composition,gas content and the inclusion's distribution before and after electroslag re-melting( ESR). The analytical results show that,the 4J43 alloy after ESR has uniform chemical composition,decreased gas contents,good surface quality,dense and uniform macro crystal structure and unobvious inclusions together with an improved product quality. It can meet the requirements for typical 4J43 alloys.
