摘　　要：介绍了喷射枪的基本结构、运动原理和清洗方式,针对现有喷射枪存在的主要缺点,将其喷杆运动改进为喷射枪内部双轴运动、单一清洗方式改进为多种清洗模式,并对其喷嘴结构进行了设计与分析,形成新喷射枪。实际应用说明改进后的喷射枪可以缩短清洗周期。The basic constitution,working principle and parameters as well as the operating mode of the spraying gun were described. Aiming at the existing gun＇s major defects,the spraying bar was changed into biaxial transmission and the multi-mode cleaning were employed,including analysis and design of the new jet nozzle for spraying guns. Its application shows that the improved spraying gun can shorten the cleaning period.
