摘 要:采用雷诺应力模型(Reynolds Stress Model,RSM)对环形空间设有导流板的旋风分离器内的气相流场进行模拟研究,分别考察了导流板径向、周向位置和导流板半径、数目对旋风分离器内气相流动的影响。结果表明:导流板半径和导流板数目对气相流动的影响最大;导流板数目为2时,可有效抑制非轴对称流动,但导流板数目进一步增多会使流场的轴对称性变差;导流板半径越大,流场的轴对称性越好;外旋流区的切向速度越大,越有利于提高分离器的性能。The Reynolds Stress Model( RSM) was used to simulate the gas flow field in cyclone separator equipped with deflectors; and the influences of the deflector's radial and circumferential location,radius and numbers on the asymmetric flow were researched to show that,the deflector's radius and number influence the gas flow much; and two deflectors in mumber can greatly restraine the asymmetric flow,but more than two deflectors equipped can lessen the restrained effect. As the deflector radius increases,the symmetry of the flow field gets better and the tangential velocity enlarged,which is conducive to improving the separator's separation performance.
