摘  要:【目的】研究武警部队高强度体能训练对战士生化指标的影响,以探讨更为合理、有效的口服补液方法。【方法】随机选取部队战士30名为研究对象,分为空白对照组、常规能量补给组及口服补液组,每组各为10人;分别在高强度体能训练前10 min及训练结束后2 min时和2 h时,抽取受试者静脉血,测定Na+、Cl-、K+、Glu、CK及CK-MB含量。比较评价高强度体能训练中口服补液的有效性。【结果】训练后2 min时Na+、Cl-、Glu、CK、CK-MB含量升高,K+含量下降,训练后2 h时各指标含量有恢复到训练前的趋势,口服补液组较空白对照组与常规能量补给组生化指标波动幅度小,且较快接近训练前水平。【结论】高强度体能训练中战士体液及能源物质消耗较大,应及时补充;口服补液盐溶液较常规能量补给能更及时、有效的改善电解质紊乱和降低心肌细胞功能的损伤,补充战士体能。[Objective]To research the effects of high-intensity physical training on biochemical indices of the Armed Police Force soldiers, and to explore a more rational and effective oral rehydration method. [ Methods ] 30 army soldiers were randomly selected for the study, and they were divided into no-treatment control group, conventional energy supply group and oral rehydration group. There are 10 people in each group. 10 rain before and 2 min and 2 h after high-intensity physical training, venous blood of subjects were taken respectively, and the content of Na+, C1-, K+, Glu, CK and CK-MB were mensured to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of oral rehydration on high-intensity physical training [Results] 2 min after training, Na+, CI-, Glu, CK, CK-MB levels were increased, K+ content was decreased; 2 h after training, content of each index had a tendency to restore to the level before training, and compared with no-treatment control group and conventional energy supply group, biochemical indices of oral rehydration group have a smaller fluctuation range, and a faster closing to pre-training levels. [Conclusions] The soilders with high intensity training had the consumption of more body fluids and energy substances which should be added in time; oral dehydration salt solution can improve the electrolyte disorders, reduce the damage of myocardial cell function and supplemnent the soldiers' fitness more timely and effectively.
