摘 要:为了考察用于改性水泥基材料的聚乙烯醇纤维在水泥水化过程中的稳定性,模拟水泥水化的碱性环境,研究3种国产聚乙烯醇纤维在强碱性条件下的化学结构稳定性及表观形貌和力学性能的变化,分别采用红外光谱、纤维表面微观形貌和单丝断裂强力来进行表征。结果表明,聚乙烯醇纤维在p H为12.8的强碱性条件下具有较好的耐碱性,浸泡10 d时力学强度几乎不变化,浸泡28 d时强度降低不超过10%,红外光谱和微观形貌表征显示纤维的结构和外观无明显改变。In order to investigate the stability ofpolyvinyl alcohol fibers in cement hydration process for modification Of cement-based materials, the alkaline condition of cement hydration was simulated, and the stabilityof chemical structure under strong alkaline conditions, the changes of apparent shape and mechanical property for three kinds ofpolyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers were studied, which were characterized by infi'ared spetra, micro- cosmic morphology of fiber surface and breaking streng of filament. The results show that the alkali resistance of PVA fibers is good when the fibers are soaked in strong alkaline conditions (pH=12.8), their mechanical strength is hardly changed when they are soaked for 10 d, and their mechanical strength reduces not more than 10% when they are soaked for 28 d. The structure and appearance of fibers have no significant changes.
