白面牛卡纸生产中填料加填工艺的研究

摘  要:在白面牛卡纸实际生产中进行填料加填的生产试验,试验发现:加填填料可有效提高成纸灰分,节约成本;重质碳酸钙(GCC)和轻质碳酸钙(PCC)填料均能提高纸张的白度;滑石粉可解决由加填填料带来的成纸吸水性偏高的问题;但随着填料总量的增加,成纸的强度逐渐降低;对于定量为140g/m2普通白面牛卡,最适宜的填料加填工艺为总填料量200 kg/t(纸),其中GCC 184 kg/t(纸),滑石粉10 kg/t(纸),膨润土5 kg/t(纸),超微粒填料1 kg/t(纸);若生产增强白面牛卡,可添加PCC小比例替代GCC对成纸性能进行调节.Adding paper filler tests were carried out during the production of the coated duplex board. The results show that adding filler can improve the ash contect of paper effectively and save the cost, both of GCC and PCC can improve the whiteness of paper, talcum powder can control the paper's hydroscopicity. But with the increase of adding filler, the intensity of the paper product reduce gradually. For the ordinary coated duplex board of 140 g/m2 quantitative, adding 200 kg/t(paper) paper filler, cosists of 184 kg/t(paper) GCC, 10 kg/t(paper) talc powder, 5 kg/t (paper) bentonite and 1 kg/t(paper) ultramieron filler were proved to be a suitable craft. Replace low percentage of GCC with PCC can adjust the property of the product when manufacture the heighten coated duplex board.
