摘　　要：国家标准GB/T 30297-2013《氯碱工业用全氟离子交换膜应用规范》已于2013年11月31日由国家质检总局和国家标准委联合批准发布(公告号为2013年第27号),于2014年8月1日起实施。介绍了此标准制定的必要性、背景、起草过程及其主要内容,阐述了标准中要素的确定依据。The national standard GB/T 30297--2013 Perfluorinated ion-exchange membrane for chior-alkali industry--specification on application has been jointly approved and issued by China National Bureau of Quality Inspection and China National Standardization Management Committee on November 31, 2013 （Notification No. 27/2013 ） and has been implemented from August 1, 2014. The standard was introduced in terms of background, necessity, drafting process and main contents. The determination of standard elements was described.
