摘　　要：溶胶-凝胶法是制备纳米薄膜的最常用的方法之一，本文综述了溶胶凝胶法制备纳米TiO2薄膜的原理与纳米TiO2复合自洁薄膜的最新研究进展。Sol - gel method is one of the common methods to prepare nano film. This article summarizes the principle of preparing nano TiO2 film by sol - gel method and the latest research advance on nano TiO2 composite self - clean film.
