玻璃澄清剂与过渡金属离子脱色分析

摘　　要：无色玻璃的脱色模式随品质要求、基础玻璃类型的差异而不同，根据脱色剂性质可将其分为两类，即过渡金属离子脱色和稀土脱色。前者受配方、熔制等因素影响较大，后者则较为稳定。本文针对前者探讨脱色工序中澄清剂应用出现的变色现象提出了预防技术措施。Decoloration mode of colorless glass varies according to quality requirements and base glass type. Based on property of decolorizing agent, it could be divided into two types, i.e. transition metal ion decoloration and rare earth de- coloration. The former is greatly influenced by formula and melting while the later is relatively stable. This article mainly discusses on color change daring applying refining agent to deeoloration process for the former and brings forward preventive technical measures.
