摘  要:发生炉煤气以其良好的经济效益目前在我国仍是玻璃窑炉主要的燃烧方式之一。小炉是煤气与空气混合、预燃区域,是窑炉供热系统的核心,而舌碹又是预混预燃的关键部位,由于处于火焰喷出口处,各种气体在此处流速最大,因换向受到热冲击急剧,另外还受到飞料侵蚀。所以舌碹也是最薄弱的瓶颈部位,最容易最先受到侵蚀、冲刷及强烈热振的破坏,对于舌碹的设计必须考虑合适的耐火材料。本文分析了无钙硅砖的特性及优点,结合无钙硅砖在舌碹上的实际应用,为燃煤气小炉舌碹应用耐火材料选择提供更好的参考。At present producer gas is still one of the main combustion methods for glass furnace due to its good economic benefit. The port is the mixing and preheating area for coal gas and air and the core of heat supplying system of furnace. And the tongue arch is the key part of premixing and preheating. Because the tongue arch is located at the flame outlet where the flow rate of various gases is very high, the heat shock suffering from reversal is very rapid and is eroded by carry - over, it is the weakest bottle neck part and is eroded easily and firstly and damaged by carry - over. For design of tongue arch, suitable refractory must be considered. This article analyzes the features and benefits of calcium free silica brick and supply better reference on selecting refractory applied to tongue arch of port in coalgas - fired furnace combined its real application.
