频发性室性早搏起源分布特征的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨室性早搏(PVCs)起源分布特征。方法对北京安贞医院行射频消融手术PVCs患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 371例PVCs患者中,男146例(39.4%),年龄(46.1±14.2)岁;起源于右室的PVCs 282(76.0%),左室78例(21.0%),心外膜8例(2.2%),部位不确定者3例(0.8%);进一步研究显示:右室以右室流出道最多,占右室起源PVCs的93.26%;左室起源部位较分散。结论起源于右室的PVCs较左心室多,右室以右室流出道最多;左室起源分散,无明显优势部位;起源心外膜的PVCs较少见。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of premature ventricular contractions （PVCs） ori- gins. Methods Three hundred and seventy-one patients with frequent PVCs from Anzhen hospital were enrolled into this study and whose clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 371 PVCs patients, there were 126 （39. 4% ） males and the average age was （46.1±14.2） years;PVCs in 282 （76.0%） patients were originated from the right ventricular, 78 （21.0%） cases from left ventrieular, 8 （2.2%） cases from epicardium and 3 （0.8%） cases uncertain. Furthermore, our investigation suggested the origins of PVCs from right ventrieular outflow tract （RVOT） was the most common site, which occupied 93.3% origins of right ventricular PVCs. The distribution of PVCs from left ventricular was more average than right. Conclusion The origins of PVCs at the right ventricular is more common than those at left ven- tricular, PVCs from RVOT is the most origination; and the distribution of PVCs at left ventricular is more dispersive than that at right ventricular, PVCs from epicardium is rare.
