摘　　要：水利工程监理公司在投标中想要加大中标的概率,强干的竞标组织、合格的项目总监、优选的资源配置、充足的业绩材料、针对性强的投标文件、合规的投标报价是中标的基础,本文从上述六方面分析了其在投标过程中的重要性,供同行参考。In order to increase bid winning possibility,strong bid organization,qualified project director,preferred allocation of resources,adequate performance materials,targeted tender documents and compliant tender quotation are the basis for water conservancy project supervision company to win the bid.In the paper,the importance of the above six aspects in tender process is described from the above six aspects,thereby providing reference for peers.
