摘　　要：行政执法方式创新乃顺应时代之潮流,具有重要的积极意义,但也存在诸多堪忧的问题,因此,应当对行政执法方式创新采取相关的治理对策。无疑,行政执法方式创新的法治化治理乃当下最理性的选择。精心培育法治理念是行政执法方式创新法治化的前提;完善与发展法治制度是行政执法方式创新法治化的基础;有效践行法治制度是行政执法方式创新法治化的关键。The mode innovation of administrative law enforcement is the tide of the times and has an important positive significance, while it also has many worrying problems. Therefore we should take relevant countermeasures for the mode innovation of the administrative law enforcement. Undoubtedly, the legalization governance of the mode innovation of the administrative law enforcement is the most rational choice now.Nurturing the law ideal carefully is the premise of the legalization of the mode innovation of administrative law enforcement. The perfection and development of the law system is the foundation of the legalization of the mode innovation of the administrative law enforcement. The effective practice of law system is the key of the legalization of the mode innovation of the administrative law enforcement.
