摘 要:目的对某公司铝合金车轮生产项目职业病危害和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法根据相关法律、法规,在现场调查的基础上,将检查表法与现场检验法相结合,对该项目进行防护措施的效果评价。结果该建设项目的总体布局、职业病防护设施和卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(铝合金粉尘)、有毒物质(氟化物、苯、甲苯、一氧化碳等)和噪声等物理因素。经现场测试,粉尘合格率为86.7%,有毒物质合格率均为87.9%,噪声合格率为60.6%。结论在确保各类防护设施有效运行、全面落实控制职业病危害的补救措施的前提下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards and protective measures, and propose feasible prevention strategies for occupational diseases. Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations, the protective measures were evaluated with the field investigation combining with the methods of checklist and field inspection. Results The items of selection sites , general layout, prevention facilities for occupational disease and health auxiliary rooms were in line with the national standards; The main occupational hazards during the production process were dust( aluminum alloy dust), toxic substances (fluoride , benzene, toluene and carbon monoxide ) and noise. Qualified rates of dust , toxic sub- stances and noise were 86.7%, 87. 9% and 60. 6%, respectively. Conclusion Protection and management measures are feasible for occupational hazards in the project.
