湖南省桂阳县郊区6～7岁儿童体格发育调查

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省桂阳县郊区6~7岁儿童生长发育状况。方法采用整群抽样方法,以桂阳县郊区两所小学一年级6~7岁儿童为调查对象,分别测量儿童的体重、身高、坐高、胸围、上臂围等指标。参照2005中国9市现状标准,利用均数标准差法进行生长发育评价,同时对所测数据使用年龄别体重(WAZ)、年龄别身高(HAZ)、身高别体重(WHZ)3种指标进行Z评分法评价。结果桂阳县郊区6~7岁儿童的身高、坐高、体重、胸围低于2005中国9市城郊同龄同性别儿童发育水平,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);WAZ、HAZ、WHZ 3项指标均在-1~1者为47.81%,WAZ-1~1为80.88%,-2^-1为9.56%;HAZ-1~1为66.53%,-2^-1为21.51%,<-2为5.98%,1~2为5.98%;WHZ-1~1为72.51%,-2^-1为3.98%,1~2为18.33%,>2、>3分别为2.79%、2.39%。结论桂阳县郊区6~7岁儿童体格生长发育水平低于现状标准,应进一步改进该地区儿童保健服务的水平,改善儿童营养状况,提高生长发育水平。Objective To understand the status of growth and development of the suburban children in Guiyang coun- ty. Methods Cluster sampling was applied to investigate healthy children aged 6 - 7 years old in two suburban schools Guiyang county and the indexes of weight, height, sitting height, ann and chest circumference were measured. The refer- ence of children＇ s physical development in China nine suburbs under the age of seven was adopted. The mean standard deviation method was used to evaluate the community children＇ s growth, the Z score standard deviation method was used to evaluate children＇ s nutritional status. Results Compared with the survey in nine cities of China, the mean value of weight, height, sitting height chest circumference were less than nine cities with significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. WAZ, HAZ and WHZ were 47.81% between 1 and- 1. WAZ was 80. 88% between - 1 and 1,9. 56% between -2 and -1; HAZ was 66. 53% between - land 1,21.51% between - 2and - 1, 5.98% less than - 2, 5.98% between 1 and 2; WHZ was 72. 51% between - 1 and 1,3.98% between - 2 and - 1,18.33% between 1 and 2,2. 79% more than 2, 2. 39% more than 3, respectively. Conclusion 6 - 7 years old children＇ s physical growth and development status is lower than standard in Guiyang county , the region government should formulates feasible policies to improve the level of women and children health care services, and effectively improve rural cilildren＇ s nutritional status.
