摘  要:目的研究灭鼠试点工作方法在流行性出血热防控中的作用,为制定流行性出血热防控策略及措施提供参考。方法选取洮南市、临江市、抚松县和汪清县4个灭鼠试点县(市),统一时间对当地近3年来流行性出血热发病户及周围环境进行灭鼠处理,并对灭鼠前后的鼠密度进行监测。结果洮南市、临江市、抚松县和汪清县的平均鼠密度下降率分别为76.53%、88.21%、68.77%和52.83%,流行性出血热发病率下降率分别为80.92%、18.30%、36.90%和42.69%。结论灭鼠试点工作方法取得了显著成果,灭鼠试点县流行性出血热发病率明显下降,疫区鼠密度明显降低。Objective To study the effect of trial deratization methods on preventing and controlling hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and provide reference to formulating the strategies and measures on prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods Taonan , Linjiang , Fusong and Wangqing had been selected as the trial cities, where the houses of all patients in recent three years and their surrounding environment were deratized at the same time, and the rat density before and after deratization were monitored. Results The decline rates of The average rat density were 76. 53% ,88.21% ,68.77% and 52.83% in Taonan,Linjiang,Fusong and Wangqing, while the incidences of hemorrhagic fever were 80. 92% ,18. 30%, 36. 90% and 42. 69%, respectively. Conclusion Trial deratization functions are so effec- tively that hemorrhagic fever patients and the average rat density in 4 trial cities decrease significantly.
