摘  要:烃类蒸汽裂解是生产乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯的主要方法,裂解产物收率直接影响生产企业的经济效益,优化乙烯装置的操作参数,使目的产物的收率最高,一直是生产企业追求的目标。而影响裂解产物收率的因素主要是裂解原料的性质、稀释蒸汽比、物料在辐射炉管内的停留时间、炉管出口温度(COT)和炉管出口压力(COP)等。烃类蒸汽裂解生产乙烯的装置中,辐射炉管的压力对裂解产物收率有明显的影响,降低辐射炉管的出口压力(COP),有利于提高烯烃的收率,提高企业的经济效益。裂解气压缩机一段入口压力和COP密切相关,在设计上要采用比较低的COP值,在生产操作上要防止裂解炉和压缩机之间的工艺设备发生结垢,增大系统阻力,应维护和保持裂解炉在较低COP压力下运行。选择并注入合适的阻垢剂,是解决急冷油塔结垢的有效方法 ,可以维持塔的压差稳定。Hydrocarbon vapor cracking is the main method of producing ethylene, propylene and butadiene. The yields of split products have a direct influence on the refiner's operating results.Therefore,maximizing the yields of target products by optimizing the parameters of ethylene units has long been the objective of a re- finer.The main factors affecting the yields of split products include the properties of feedstock for cracking, diluted steam ratio,residence time of materials in radiant coils ,outlet temperature of coils (COT) and outlet pressure of coils (COP).In ethylene production units using the hydrocarbon vapor cracking method,the pres- sure of radiant coils has significant influence on the yields of split products and reducing COP helps in- crease the yield of olefin as well as the operating results of a refiner.The inlet pressure of section one of a cracked gas compressor is closely related to COP.In design,relatively low COP values should be used and in production ,scale formation should be prevented for the equipment used between the cracking furnace and the compressor to arrest an increase in system resistance.The cracking furnace should run under a consistently low COP condition.
