品管圈护理对心肌梗死恢复期患者自我效能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈护理在心肌梗死恢复期中的应用效果。方法以品管圈护理为分界点，将60例心肌梗死恢复期的患者分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用品管圈护理，比较两组的健康知识掌握情况、面对疾病的自我效能感、预后以及生活质量。结果观察组在疾病知识、用药知识、合理饮食、按时复查等方面的健康知识达标率高于对照组，自我效能感评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组的心脏性猝死、心肌梗死、恶性心律失常等发生率低于对照组，生活质量的改善率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论品管圈护理能够提高心肌梗死患者应对疾病的能力，改善预后和生活质量。Objective To investigate the application nursing effect of quality control circle （ QCC） nursing recovery period of myo-cardial infarction patients.Methods 60 cases of myocardial infarction recovery patients were divided into observation group and control group by QCC nursing as the cut-off point.Patients in control group were given routine nursing, in observation group were given QCC nurs-ing.Health knowledge situation, self-efficacy of facing disease, prognosis and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results Health knowledge of disease knowledge, medication knowledge, reasonable diet, timely review and other aspects in observation group were higher than those of control group, the sense of self-efficacy score was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） .The rate of sudden car-diac death, myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia in observation group were lower than those of control group, the improvement of the life quality was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusions QCC nursing could improve the ability to cope with the disease, the prognosis and life quality of myocardial infarction patients.
