摘　　要：目前，虽然通过抗病毒药物的治疗能够减缓慢性乙肝患者病情的进展，但是很难将病毒完全清除，HBV感染时的年龄是影响慢性化的最主要因素，因此阻断母婴传播显得至关重要。At present,antiviral drugs can slow the progress of chronic hepatitis B patients, but it is hard to remove the virus completely, the age of the HBV infection is the main influence factors of chronic, is very importent block mother-to-child transmission.
