更昔洛韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗浅层单疱病毒性角膜炎39例

摘　　要：目的：观察更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗浅层单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效及安全性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：将所选病例随机分成两组，对照组单用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗，治疗组加用还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗，最后观察和比较两组临床疗效与不良反应情况。结果：治疗组的总有效率为94．3％，明显高于对照组的79．5％，两组的差异显著（P〈0．05），有统计学意义；两组病例均未见严重的不良反应。结论：更昔洛韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗浅层单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床使用和推广。Objective To observe gancidovir ophthalmic gel combined with reduced glutathione drops superficial treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis efficacy and safety. Methods The selected cases were randomly divided into two groups, a control group was treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment, the treatment group with glutathione eye drops, the last two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.3%, significantly higher than the 79.5%, a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, there was significant; two groups of patients were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Efficacies of Cancidovir Ophthalmic Gel combined with Reduced Glutathione Eye Drops in treatment of Herpes simplex virus keratitis was significantan and safe, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
