盐酸消旋山莨菪碱（654-2）与阿奇霉素配伍降低阿奇霉素的胃肠道反应观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨盐酸消旋山莨菪碱（654-2）与阿奇霉素配伍降低阿奇霉素的胃肠道副反应临床效果。方法：将69例因支原体感染而使用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗的患儿随机分为两组，对照组34例，观察组35例。对照组常规使用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗；观察组在常规使用阿奇霉素的同时配伍盐酸消旋山茛菪碱（654—20．1～0．2mg／kg）治疗，观察输液过程中的胃肠道副反应。结果：两组阿奇霉素的胃肠道副反应经X2检验，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：盐酸消旋山莨菪碱（654-2）可显著降低阿奇霉素静脉滴注时的胃肠道副反应，不影响阿奇霉素的治疗效果、且副作用少、经济、临床易于获得。Objective Hydrochloric acid mcemization scopolamine and azithromycin compatibility to reduce gastrointestinal side effects of azithromycin clinical observatiork Methods 69 patients with mycoplasma infection and the use of azithromydn intravenous drip treatment of children were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 34 cases, observation group of 35 cases. Condusions Hydrochloric acid racemization mountain scopolamine can significantly reduce the azithromycin intravenous drip of gastrointestinal side effects, does not affect the therapeutic effect of azithromvcin, and less side effects, clinical is easy to get
