46例AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者机械通气的观察与护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AEc0PD）合并呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气的观察与护理方法。方法：46例AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者，均采用气管插管机械通气，采取积极有效的措施控制感染、保持呼吸道通畅，提高氧合，加强营养支持。结果：46例患者成功撤机39例，死亡3例，4例患者因经济原因放弃治疗。结论：有效的观察与精心的护理可提高AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭应用机械通气患者的治愈率，预防和减少并发症的发生，提高抢救成功率。Objective Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation （AECOPD} combined with mechanical ventilation of respiratory failure patients observation and nursing methods. Methods In 46 patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure, all mechanical ventilation by endotracheal intubation, take positive and effective measures to control infection, keep respiratory tract unobstructed, improve oxygenation, strengthen nutrition support. Results Of 46 patients, 39 casessuccessfully removed from machine, 3 cases died, for economic reasons to give up treanent in 4 patients. Conclusions Effective observation and careful nursing care can improve the cure rate of AECOPD combined application of mechanical ventilation of respiratory failure patient, prevent and reduce complications and improve the success rate of rescue.
