临床检验信息系统在实践中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床检验信息系统在实践中的应用效果。方法：2013年我院仅建立医院信息系统；2014年我院建检验信息系统并将其与医院信息系统实施无缝对接。记录2013年、2014年自检验完成至医生获得检验结果间隔时间、医生对检验科工作满意度，给予统计学分析并得出结论。结果：2013年、2014年我院采用不同方式管理临床检验信息后，2013组自检验完成至医生获得检验结果间隔时间显著长于2014组，而2013年医生对检验科工作满意度则低于2014年，对比结果具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在临床检验工作中应用检验信息系统可显著提高检验科工作效率，有利于临床医生快速获得所需检验结果，保障患者疾病诊断正确率及治疗效果。Objective Discuss the application of clinical laboratory information system in the practice effect. Methods Records for 2013 years, 2014 years since the inspection finish to the doctor for time interval, the doctor of clinical laboratory job satisfaction as a result, gives statistical analysis and conclusions. Results in 2013, 2014, our hospital adopt different ways to manage clinical inspection information, 2013 groups since the inspection finish to the doctor for interval significantly longer than 2014 groups, 2013 doctors to the clinical laboratory work satisfaction is below 2014, compared with the results of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Applied in the clinical inspection inspection information system can significantly improve the efficiency of clinical laboratory work, is helpful for clinicians to quickly get the required inspection results, ensuring patients disease diagnosis accuracy and the treatment effect.
