摘 要:目的:分析影响尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中红、白细胞的影响因素。方法:随机抽取我院住院部及门诊病人新鲜尿液265份,分别用DJ-8301型尿沉渣分析仪及镜检法检测尿中红细胞及白细胞,再将两者检测结果进行对比,分析影响尿沉渣分析仪检测准确性的因素。结果:通过尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞阳性64例,假阳性13例,假阳性率为20.31%;白细胞阳性72例,假阳性16例,假阳性率为22.22%。影响尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞的主要因素有结晶(草酸钙结晶)、酵母样菌及细菌等,而上皮细胞、滴虫、大量细菌等均会造成白细胞假阳性率。结论:用尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中的红、白细胞容易受多种因素的影响,因此该仪器无法完全替代镜检法,在临床中应将两者相结合,以提高检测的准确性。Objective Analysis of influence of urine sediment analyzer to detect the influence factors of red and white blood cells in urine. Methods Randomly selected from the inpatient and outpatient fresh urine, 265, respectively, with the DJ - 8301 urinary sediment analyzer and microscopy method detecting urine red blood cells and white blood cells, then the test results were compared. Results Through positive urine sediment analyzer detecting red blood cells in 64 cases, 13 cases of false positives, false positive rate is 20.31%; Positive, 72 cases of white blood cells, and false positive in 16 cases, false positive rate was 22.22%. Conclusions Urinary sediment analyzer is used to inspect the red and white blood cells in the urine is apt to is influenced by many factors, so the instrument can't completely replace microscopy method, should in the clinical, the combination of both in order to improve the accuracy of detection.
