摘  要:目的:通过对夜间睡眠降碍打鼾患者进行多导睡眠监测临床分析,提高对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的认识,使患者得到及时诊诒。方法:选取340例因夜间睡眠障碍打鼾患者,多导睡眠监测(PsG)其呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度等。根据AHI将OSAHS分为轻度,中度和重度三组。比较年龄与体重指数(BMI)、AHI与最低血氧饱和度的统计学差异。结果:不同AHI组间BMI的差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。最低血氧饱和度随AHI增大而增大,且P〈0.05,各组之间差异显著。结论:通过多导睡眠监测夜间睡眠障碍打鼾患者,提高了患者对该疾病的认识,肯定了睡眠呼吸监测在呼吸道疾病诊治中的重要性和地位。Objective Through the night sleep disorder snoring patients with polysomnography clinical analysis, to improve the understanding of the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), make the patients receive timely diagnosis and treatment. Methods choose 340 cases for sleep disorder patients with snoring at night polysomnography (PSG) its apnea hypoventilation index (AHI), the lowest oxygen saturation, etc. Results Statistically significant differences between the AHI BMI between groups, P 〈 0.05. The lowest oxygen saturation increases with AHI, and P 〈 0.05, significant difference between groups. Condusions By polysomnography night sleep disorder patients with snoring and improve the understanding of the disease, patients with confirmed the importance of sleep apnea monitoring in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and status.
